The absence of consumer-facing pricing or public chart rankings confirms its status as a closed enterprise tool. ## Monetization Strategy - **Model:** Free - **Analysis:** The service is provided as part of a B2B enterprise contract, with no direct consumer pricing visible. ## SWOT Analysis {#swot} **Core Strengths:** - Managerial oversight dashboard increases platform stickiness within enterprise accounts - Biometric authentication reduces friction for frequent access to sensitive health data **Growth Levers:** - Expand manager-led reporting features to further increase enterprise account dependency ## What's New - **Latest (v4.2.4, 1 months ago):** Optimized biometric authentication and enhanced screen reader accessibility. ## App Momentum (Maintenance) {#momentum} - Ships bug fixes at five-week cadence. - Latest release optimized biometric authentication. > **Cadence:** 1 total versions · 0 majors in last 6 months · 33 days since last update ## The "So What?" (Strategic Takeaway) {#so-what} Voya Absence Resources is a business app that is completely free. It holds a 3/5 rating from 2 reviews. > **Bottom Line:** Voya Absence Resources functions as a stable utility for enterprise compliance, but the maintenance-only cadence risks obsolescence against more agile HR-tech platforms. Focusing on the manager-led dashboard would secure the existing B2B account base against competitive churn. **Best for:** Employees and managers of companies that contract with ComPsych for absence management. ### PM Action Plan (Next Best Moves) - [ ] [INVEST] Audit manager dashboard usage because the current feature is the primary differentiator → increase enterprise stickiness ### Outlook: Stable The enterprise absence management market is consolidating around platforms that offer deep integration with HRIS systems, leaving Voya Absence Resources in a stable but niche position. Continued maintenance-only updates will satisfy existing contract requirements but leave the platform exposed to competitors offering broader automated compliance workflows. - ⚪ The platform maintains a strict maintenance-only release cadence, prioritizing stability over new feature expansion for enterprise clients. - ⚪ Biometric and accessibility updates in the latest release ensure continued compliance with corporate inclusivity standards, maintaining the B2B value proposition. ## Key Metrics Summary | Metric | Value | | :--- | :--- | | Overall Rating | 3/5 | | Total Reviews | 2 | | Confidence | Low | | Pricing Model | Free | | Platforms | iOS | | Key Features | 3 analyzed | | Outlook | Stable | ## Competitor Comparison | App | Rating | Sentiment | Developer | | :--- | :--- | :--- | :--- | | **Voya Absence Resources** (this app) | 3/5 | N/A | ComPsych Corporation | | [Cisco Secure Client](https://marlvel.ai/apps/cisco-secure-client) | 3.8/5 | n/a | Cisco | | [긱톡 - 재택부업, 프리랜서, 단기알바 정보 플랫폼](https://marlvel.ai/apps/com-gigtalk-gigtalk) | 4.5/5 | N/A | Nextstep Inc. | | [두란노](https://marlvel.ai/apps/app--971) | N/A/5 | N/A | Duranno | | [쿠펀치](https://marlvel.ai/apps/coupang-app-coupunch) | 1.0/5 | N/A | Coupang Corp. | | [아지트 - 함께 소통하는 업무용 커뮤니티](https://marlvel.ai/apps/app--797) | 3.0/5 | N/A | Kakao Corp. | ## Company Profile - **Developer:** ComPsych Corporation - **Website:** [https://www.compsych.com/absence-resources/](https://www.compsych.com/absence-resources/) - **Social:** [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/compsych) ## Data Sources & Links - **App Store:** [View on Apple Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/voya-absence-resources/id1130408566?uo=4) - **Dev Site:** [Official Website](https://www.compsych.com/absence-resources/) - **Sources:** Developer website content, About us / company information, App store metadata. ## Related Intel Reports - [*Cisco Secure Client*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/cisco-secure-client) (Cisco) · 3.8/5 Rating - [*긱톡 - 재택부업, 프리랜서, 단기알바 정보 플랫폼*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/com-gigtalk-gigtalk) (Nextstep Inc.) · 4.5/5 Rating - [*두란노*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/app--971) (Duranno) · N/A Rating - [*쿠펀치*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/coupang-app-coupunch) (Coupang Corp.) · N/A Rating - [*아임히어 - 모바일 출결 관리 앱*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/com-imhere-client-student) (LFin) · 2.9/5 Rating - [*카매니저 - 중고차 딜러전용 전국 매물공유 플랫폼*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/kr-co-autocafe-carmanager) (atonmobility appmaster) · 3.0/5 Rating - [*금호고속 셔틀*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/kr-co-kumhobuslines-shuttle-route-passengernew) (kumhoexpress) · 2.1/5 Rating - [*쿠팡이츠 배달 파트너*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/coupang-eats-delivery) (Coupang Corp.) · 2.6/5 Rating ## Frequently Asked Questions {#faq} ### Is Voya Absence Resources available for individual use?
