With a 4.37/5 rating from 2.4K reviews, it draws more critical themes in recent reviews than its store average suggests. > **Bottom Line:** Restoring core question-loading stability is the only way to defend the Cervantes Institute's official position, as current technical failures are actively driving users to unofficial alternatives. **Best for:** Individuals preparing for the CCSE exam to obtain Spanish nationality. ### PM Action Plan (Next Best Moves) - [ ] [INVEST] Audit question-loading logic because users report frequent system errors → restore core study utility ### Outlook: Declining The CCSE study market is consolidating around official content, yet CCSE Nacionalidad Española's failure to resolve basic loading bugs is creating a vacuum for third-party competitors to fill. Unless the Cervantes Institute shifts from maintenance to active bug-remediation, the app will continue to lose its status as the primary study resource for nationality applicants. - 🔴 Persistent loading errors in the latest version erode the daily active habit, which compounds the rating drag already visible on Android. - 🔴 A 96-day update cadence without feature expansion suggests the app is in maintenance mode, leaving it exposed to third-party rivals. ## Key Metrics Summary | Metric | Value | | :--- | :--- | | Overall Rating | 4.37/5 | | Total Reviews | 2.4K | | Sentiment | Frustrated (35/100) | | Confidence | High | | Pricing Model | Free | | Platforms | iOS & Android | | Key Features | 3 analyzed | | Trend | Declining | | Outlook | Declining | ## Competitor Comparison | App | Rating | Sentiment | Developer | | :--- | :--- | :--- | :--- | | **CCSE Nacionalidad Española** (this app) | 4.37/5 | Frustrated | Instituto Cervantes (OFICIAL) | | [AlgoApp - Flashcards](https://marlvel.ai/apps/algoapp-flashcards) | 4.5/5 | n/a | AlgoApp Inc | | [Elevate - Brain Training Games](https://marlvel.ai/apps/elevate-brain-training-games) | 4.7/5 | n/a | The Mind Company | | [Flashcards Deluxe](https://marlvel.ai/apps/flashcards-deluxe) | 4.5/5 | N/A | OrangeOrApple.com | | [Flash Cards Flashcards Maker](https://marlvel.ai/apps/flash-cards-flashcards-maker) | 4.0/5 | Mixed | Infinite Wave Media, LLC | | [Flashcards maker - AI generate](https://marlvel.ai/apps/flashcards-maker-ai-generate) | 4.1/5 | Mixed | Teleprompter LLC | ## Company Profile - **Developer:** Instituto Cervantes (OFICIAL) - **Website:** [https://www.cervantes.org](https://www.cervantes.org) - **Social:** [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/institutocervantes) · [Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/InstCervantes) · [X/Twitter](https://www.twitter.com/instcervantes) · [YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/InstitutoCervantesVideos) · [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/institutocervantes) ## Data Sources & Links - **App Store ID:** 1461069757 - **Google Play ID:** com.institutocervantes.pruebaccse - **Dev Site:** [Official Website](https://www.cervantes.org) - **Sources:** Developer website content, App store metadata, User reviews. ## Related Intel Reports - [*AlgoApp - Flashcards*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/algoapp-flashcards) (AlgoApp Inc) · 4.5/5 Rating - [*Elevate - Brain Training Games*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/elevate-brain-training-games) (The Mind Company) · 4.7/5 Rating - [*Flashcards Deluxe*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/flashcards-deluxe) (OrangeOrApple.com) · 4.5/5 Rating - [*Flash Cards Flashcards Maker*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/flash-cards-flashcards-maker) (Infinite Wave Media, LLC) · 4.0/5 Rating - [*Flashcards maker - AI generate*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/flashcards-maker-ai-generate) (Teleprompter LLC) · 4.1/5 Rating - [*Impulse - Brain Training*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/impulse-brain-training) (GMRD Apps Limited) · 4.6/5 Rating - [*Peak - Brain Training*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/peak-brain-training) (Synaptic Labs) · 4.7/5 Rating - [*자주 틀리는 우리말*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/app--424) (DaolSoft, Co., Ltd.) · N/A Rating - [*달공부 - 한 달 공부 다이어리 + 루틴/공부 타이머*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/azlabs-dalstudy) (SuWon Choi) · N/A Rating - [*타요콘 - 타요 아바타 놀이동화*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/com-kigle-project-tayocon) (KIGLE) · 3.1/5 Rating ## Frequently Asked Questions {#faq} ### Is CCSE Nacionalidad Española the only official app for the nationality exam?
