The lack of updates for over 800 days signals a mature, maintenance-mode utility rather than a growth-focused product. ## Monetization Strategy - **Model:** Free - **Tiers:** Free app with no stated subscription fees - **Analysis:** TicketMX functions as a free booking utility, monetizing through ticket sales rather than subscription tiers. ## SWOT Analysis {#swot} **Core Strengths:** - Interactive seat map increases conversion rates - Regional payment integration removes checkout friction **Growth Levers:** - Push-notification alerts for upcoming event inventory ## What's New - **Latest (v1.8.9, 2 years ago):** General bug fixes applied. ## App Momentum (Zombie) {#momentum} - No major feature releases since 2024 - Maintains stable 4.79 store rating > **Cadence:** 1 total versions · 0 majors in last 6 months · 823 days since last update ## The "So What?" (Strategic Takeaway) {#so-what} TicketMX is an entertainment app that is completely free. It holds a 4.8/5 rating from 4.8K reviews. > **Bottom Line:** TicketMX functions as a stable booking utility for Sela Sport, but the multi-year development freeze risks ceding the broader event-discovery market to more agile, feature-rich competitors. **Best for:** Event-goers and entertainment seekers in Saudi Arabia looking to book tickets for concerts, festivals, and local activities. ### PM Action Plan (Next Best Moves) - [ ] [INVEST] Audit event discovery feed because the current list lacks personalization → increase session frequency ### Outlook: Stable The regional ticketing market is consolidating around apps that offer integrated discovery and social sharing, which TicketMX currently lacks. Without a return to active feature development, TicketMX will likely remain a static utility rather than a growth-oriented platform. - ⚪ The 823-day update gap suggests a maintenance-only posture, which limits the ability to respond to shifting regional entertainment trends. ## Key Metrics Summary | Metric | Value | | :--- | :--- | | Overall Rating | 4.8/5 | | Total Reviews | 4.8K | | Confidence | Low | | Pricing Model | Free | | Platforms | iOS | | Key Features | 3 analyzed | | Outlook | Stable | ## Competitor Comparison | App | Rating | Sentiment | Developer | | :--- | :--- | :--- | :--- | | **TicketMX** (this app) | 4.8/5 | N/A | Sela Sport | | [JustPlay: Earn Money or Donate](https://marlvel.ai/apps/justplay-earn-money-or-donate) | 4.4/5 | n/a | JustPlay GmbH | | [BestPlay: Play Games & Earn](https://marlvel.ai/apps/bestplay-play-to-earn-donate) | 4.6/5 | n/a | Bestplay | | [BIBLIOTECA LDM](https://marlvel.ai/apps/biblioteca-ldm) | 4.8/5 | Mixed | Esteban Gonzalez | | [DramaBox - Stream Drama Shorts](https://marlvel.ai/apps/dramabox-stream-drama-shorts-1) | 4.7/5 | n/a | STORYMATRIX | | [DramaWave - Dramas & Reels](https://marlvel.ai/apps/dramawave-dramas-reels) | 4.7/5 | Mixed | SKYWORK AI PTE LTD | ## Company Profile - **Developer:** Sela Sport - **Website:** [https://www.ticketmx.com](https://www.ticketmx.com) - **Social:** [Instagram](https://instagram.com/ticketmx) · [X/Twitter](https://twitter.com/Ticketmx) ## Data Sources & Links - **App Store:** [View on Apple Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/ticketmx/id1537318373?uo=4) - **Dev Site:** [Official Website](https://www.ticketmx.com) - **Sources:** Developer website content, App store metadata. ## Related Intel Reports - [*JustPlay: Earn Money or Donate*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/justplay-earn-money-or-donate) (JustPlay GmbH) · 4.4/5 Rating - [*BestPlay: Play Games & Earn*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/bestplay-play-to-earn-donate) (Bestplay) · 4.6/5 Rating - [*BIBLIOTECA LDM*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/biblioteca-ldm) (Esteban Gonzalez) · 4.8/5 Rating - [*DramaBox - Stream Drama Shorts*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/dramabox-stream-drama-shorts-1) (STORYMATRIX) · 4.7/5 Rating - [*DramaWave - Dramas & Reels*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/dramawave-dramas-reels) (SKYWORK AI PTE LTD) · 4.7/5 Rating - [*PACIFIC RIM: JAEGER VS KAIJU BATTLE*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/pacific-rim-jaeger-vs-kaiju-battle) (Warner Bros.) · 3.5/5 Rating - [*PLAYZONE - Play & Earn Rewards*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/money-well-earn-rewards) (Vanessa Calatayud Gomis) · 2.5/5 Rating - [*TikTok Pro - Events*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/com-ss-iphone-ugc-tiktok-pro) (TikTok Ltd.) · 4.7/5 Rating - [*TikTok - Videos, Shop & LIVE*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/tiktok-videos-shop-live) (TikTok Ltd.) · 4.3/5 Rating - [*YouTube TV*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/com-google-ios-youtubeunplugged) (Google) · 3.7/5 Rating ## Frequently Asked Questions {#faq} ### Is TicketMX free to use?
