The lack of any store updates since 2019 signals a complete absence of market activity. ## Monetization Strategy - **Model:** Free - **Tiers:** Free access to all features - **Analysis:** The app operates as a free utility with no visible monetization, focusing on user acquisition and network density. ## SWOT Analysis {#swot} **Core Strengths:** - Proximity-gated voting creates high-integrity data **Growth Levers:** - Modernizing the proximity-gated voting loop ## What's New - **Latest (v1.1.0, 7 years ago):** Introduced promoter verification, promo creation, and RSVP functionality. ## App Momentum (Zombie) {#momentum} - No updates in seven years. - Zero active development signals. > **Cadence:** 1 total versions · 1 majors in last 6 months · 2578 days since last update ## The "So What?" (Strategic Takeaway) {#so-what} litty - Club & Bar Finder is a lifestyle app that is completely free. It holds a 5/5 rating from 5 reviews. > **Bottom Line:** Litty's proximity-gated voting mechanism remains a viable differentiator, but the seven-year maintenance gap renders the current build a liability. A pivot to a modern architecture would unlock the original value proposition for a market that now expects real-time social data. **Best for:** Nightlife participants looking for real-time, crowdsourced information on the popularity of local bars and clubs. ### PM Action Plan (Next Best Moves) - [ ] [SUNSET] Sunset the current build because the seven-year update gap makes the app a liability → reduce brand risk ### Outlook: Declining The nightlife discovery market has shifted toward integrated social platforms that offer real-time location data as a secondary feature. Litty's lack of development since 2019 leaves it exposed to obsolescence, as it cannot compete with the feature velocity of modern social apps. - 🔴 The seven-year update gap indicates the app is in a zombie state, which erodes user trust and prevents growth. - 🔴 The lack of recent activity means the app is likely incompatible with modern iOS location permissions, rendering the core voting feature non-functional. ## Key Metrics Summary | Metric | Value | | :--- | :--- | | Overall Rating | 5/5 | | Total Reviews | 5 | | Confidence | Low | | Pricing Model | Free | | Platforms | iOS | | Key Features | 2 analyzed | | Outlook | Declining | ## Competitor Comparison | App | Rating | Sentiment | Developer | | :--- | :--- | :--- | :--- | | **litty - Club & Bar Finder** (this app) | 5/5 | N/A | Akrew Inc. | | [Amora: A Hint of Your Soulmate](https://marlvel.ai/apps/amora-a-hint-of-your-soulmate) | 4.6/5 | N/A | Lit Apps LLC (Mobile) | | [ATLAS:EARTH: Collect Places](https://marlvel.ai/apps/atlas-earth-fun-cashback) | 4.5/5 | n/a | Atlas Reality, Inc. | | [Daily Mood Log](https://marlvel.ai/apps/daily-mood-log) | N/A/5 | N/A | Nadim Elsayed | | [Find My Location: Tracker](https://marlvel.ai/apps/com-friendslocator) | 4.2/5 | n/a | DIGITS LTD | | [Happy Home by Hiller](https://marlvel.ai/apps/happy-home-by-hiller) | 2.4/5 | n/a | Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electrical | ## Company Profile - **Developer:** Akrew Inc. ## Data Sources & Links - **App Store ID:** 1477496213 - **Sources:** App store metadata. ## Related Intel Reports - [*Amora: A Hint of Your Soulmate*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/amora-a-hint-of-your-soulmate) (Lit Apps LLC (Mobile)) · 4.6/5 Rating - [*ATLAS:EARTH: Collect Places*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/atlas-earth-fun-cashback) (Atlas Reality, Inc.) · 4.5/5 Rating - [*Daily Mood Log*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/daily-mood-log) (Nadim Elsayed) · N/A Rating - [*Find My Location: Tracker*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/com-friendslocator) (DIGITS LTD) · 4.2/5 Rating - [*Happy Home by Hiller*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/happy-home-by-hiller) (Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electrical) · 2.4/5 Rating - [*Journey - Diary, Journal*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/com-journey-ios-app) (Two App Studio Pte.
