biomeStat is an AI bioinformatician. You upload your datasets, describe the analysis you need and biomeStat builds and runs the bioinformatics workflow for you.

AI does not touch your data. Instead, biomeStat runs validated bioinformatics tools and writes R or Python code that uses bioinformatics libraries. 

biomeStat replaces over 100 separate software tools. One user analyzed a 16S dataset with a single prompt. Another turned flow cytometry data into publication-ready figures in under an hour.

Using biomeStat is no different from asking a bioinformatician to build you a workflow. biomeStat builds workflows and gives you the methods section that you can submit to a journal.
