(Strategic Takeaway) {#so-what} Kodak Printer Mini is a photo & video app that is completely free. With a 1.92/5 rating from 127 reviews, it faces significant user friction. > **Bottom Line:** The app is currently non-functional, which directly destroys the value of the associated hardware. Restoring basic Bluetooth connectivity would immediately unlock the existing user base and protect the recurring cartridge revenue stream. **Best for:** Owners of Kodak portable photo printers seeking to print smartphone images. ### PM Action Plan (Next Best Moves) - [ ] [INVEST] Ship Bluetooth-only printing patch because current Wi-Fi requirements break hardware connectivity → restore basic utility ### Outlook: Declining The software is in a terminal state, with no feature expansion or bug-fix cadence for over two years. This neglect directly erodes the hardware brand, as users cannot access the printing functionality they purchased. - 🔴 The 25-month update drought indicates the app is in maintenance-only mode, leaving critical crashes unaddressed. - 🔴 Forced Wi-Fi requirements ignore functional Bluetooth hardware, which drives negative sentiment and hardware return requests. ## Key Metrics Summary | Metric | Value | | :--- | :--- | | Overall Rating | 1.92/5 | | Total Reviews | 127 | | Sentiment | Upset (15/100) | | Confidence | Medium | | Pricing Model | Free | | Platforms | iOS | | Key Features | 2 analyzed | | Trend | Stable | | Outlook | Declining | ## Competitor Comparison | App | Rating | Sentiment | Developer | | :--- | :--- | :--- | :--- | | **Kodak Printer Mini** (this app) | 1.92/5 | Upset | Prinics Co., Ltd | | [AI Catch: AI Video Generator](https://marlvel.ai/apps/com-prominent-aicatch) | 4.4/5 | n/a | Prominent Fortune PTE.
