SunSet Lab + Sky Photo Editor remains exposed due to its stagnant release cadence, and without a shift to active maintenance, it will continue to lose relevance to native tools. - 🔴 The lack of updates for over 1,000 days indicates the app is in maintenance mode, which prevents it from adapting to modern OS requirements. - 🔴 Persistent startup crashes on Android erode the user experience, leading to negative sentiment that compounds the app's lack of feature growth. ## Key Metrics Summary | Metric | Value | | :--- | :--- | | Overall Rating | 4.21/5 | | Total Reviews | 49 | | Sentiment | Mixed (55/100) | | Confidence | Medium | | Pricing Model | Free | | Platforms | iOS & Android | | Key Features | 3 analyzed | | Outlook | Declining | ## Competitor Comparison | App | Rating | Sentiment | Developer | | :--- | :--- | :--- | :--- | | **SunSet Lab + Sky Photo Editor** (this app) | 4.21/5 | Mixed | Kiarash Ahi | | [AI Catch: AI Video Generator](https://marlvel.ai/apps/com-prominent-aicatch) | 4.4/5 | n/a | Prominent Fortune PTE.
