(Strategic Takeaway) {#so-what} Homepage for Safari is an utilities app that is completely free. It holds a 4.2/5 rating from 10 reviews. > **Bottom Line:** The utility serves a clear power-user need, but the lack of maintenance leaves the core activation loop vulnerable to browser updates. Addressing the reported loading failures would stabilize the current user base while the project remains in its current maintenance posture. **Best for:** iOS and visionOS power users who require custom start-page functionality in Safari. ### PM Action Plan (Next Best Moves) - [ ] [MAINTAIN] Audit activation logic because users report custom content fails to load → restore core utility ### Outlook: Stable The browser utility market is consolidating as native browser features improve, leaving single-purpose extensions like Homepage for Safari increasingly exposed. Without a clear update cadence, the app will likely see a slow decline in utility as browser compatibility issues emerge. - 🔴 The nine-month development gap indicates the project is in maintenance mode, which increases the risk of breakage with future iOS updates. - ⚪ User sentiment remains positive regarding the core concept, but the reported activation failures suggest the current build is becoming brittle. ## Key Metrics Summary | Metric | Value | | :--- | :--- | | Overall Rating | 4.2/5 | | Total Reviews | 10 | | Sentiment | Excited (70/100) | | Confidence | Medium | | Pricing Model | Free | | Platforms | iOS | | Key Features | 3 analyzed | | Outlook | Stable | ## Competitor Comparison | App | Rating | Sentiment | Developer | | :--- | :--- | :--- | :--- | | **Homepage for Safari** (this app) | 4.2/5 | Excited | Ahnaf Mahmud | | [Sota Connect: Secure Network](https://marlvel.ai/apps/fi-catconnect-sota) | 4.8/5 | N/A | Cat Connect | | [V2Box - V2ray Client](https://marlvel.ai/apps/v2box-v2ray-client) | 4.6/5 | n/a | techlaim | | [avoVPN Desktop](https://marlvel.ai/apps/avovpn-desktop) | N/A/5 | N/A | Avocado VPN Technologies | | [Fusvob VPN : Super VPN 2026](https://marlvel.ai/apps/com-toplinkc-foxexcellent) | 4.5/5 | Mixed | Fuxin Technology | | [Gear Ratio Calculator & RPM](https://marlvel.ai/apps/cog-gear-ratio-calculator) | N/A/5 | N/A | Linh Phan Nhat Khanh | ## Company Profile - **Developer:** Ahnaf Mahmud - **Website:** [https://github.com/infinitepower18/Homepage-MobileSafari](https://github.com/infinitepower18/Homepage-MobileSafari) - **Social:** [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/github) · [X/Twitter](https://twitter.com/github) · [YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/github) · [TikTok](https://www.tiktok.com/@github) · [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/github) ## Data Sources & Links - **App Store ID:** 6481118559 - **Dev Site:** [Official Website](https://github.com/infinitepower18/Homepage-MobileSafari) - **Sources:** Developer website content, About us / company information, App store metadata, User reviews. ## Related Intel Reports - [*Sota Connect: Secure Network*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/fi-catconnect-sota) (Cat Connect) · 4.8/5 Rating - [*V2Box - V2ray Client*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/v2box-v2ray-client) (techlaim) · 4.6/5 Rating - [*avoVPN Desktop*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/avovpn-desktop) (Avocado VPN Technologies) · N/A Rating - [*Fusvob VPN : Super VPN 2026*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/com-toplinkc-foxexcellent) (Fuxin Technology) · 4.5/5 Rating - [*Gear Ratio Calculator & RPM*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/cog-gear-ratio-calculator) (Linh Phan Nhat Khanh) · N/A Rating - [*NordVPN: VPN Fast & Secure*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/com-nordvpn-nordvpn) (Nordvpn S.A.) · 4.7/5 Rating - [*Pulley Calculator Easy*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/pulley-calculator-easy) (YAVUZ BULAMADIK) · N/A Rating - [*Track And Field Companion*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/track-and-field-companion) (Travis Menghini) · N/A Rating - [*VPN 365-Master WIFI Security*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/vpn-365-master-wifi-security) (vpn fast) · 4.6/5 Rating - [*VPN - Seal VPN Secure Proxy*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/vpn-seal-vpn-secure-proxy) (Starpass VPN Free) · 4.6/5 Rating | Positive Sentiment ## Frequently Asked Questions {#faq} ### Is Homepage for Safari free to use?
