(Strategic Takeaway) {#so-what} Photo Vault - Secret Album is an utilities app that is completely free. It holds a 3.8/5 rating from 10 reviews. > **Bottom Line:** The offline-only architecture provides privacy, but the permanent data-loss risk upon deletion invalidates the utility for long-term use. Addressing this recovery gap is the only path to stabilizing the user base against the risk of accidental data destruction. **Best for:** Users seeking a basic, local-only storage solution to hide sensitive media files on their mobile device. ### PM Action Plan (Next Best Moves) - [ ] [INVEST] Audit file recovery protocols because current deletion behavior causes permanent data loss → improve user trust. ### Outlook: Declining The lack of development activity over the last 36 months suggests the app is in a terminal maintenance state. Without a mechanism for secure data export or backup, the app remains a high-risk utility that will likely see declining usage as users migrate to more supported alternatives. - 🔴 The three-year update gap indicates a dormant development cycle, which increases the risk of the app breaking on future iOS versions. ## Key Metrics Summary | Metric | Value | | :--- | :--- | | Overall Rating | 3.8/5 | | Total Reviews | 10 | | Confidence | Low | | Pricing Model | Free | | Platforms | iOS | | Key Features | 3 analyzed | | Outlook | Declining | ## Competitor Comparison | App | Rating | Sentiment | Developer | | :--- | :--- | :--- | :--- | | **Photo Vault - Secret Album** (this app) | 3.8/5 | N/A | Surging River Technology Co., Ltd. | | [Sota Connect: Secure Network](https://marlvel.ai/apps/fi-catconnect-sota) | 4.9/5 | N/A | Cat Connect | | [V2Box - V2ray Client](https://marlvel.ai/apps/v2box-v2ray-client) | 4.6/5 | n/a | techlaim | | [avoVPN Desktop](https://marlvel.ai/apps/avovpn-desktop) | N/A/5 | N/A | Avocado VPN Technologies | | [Free VPN by Free VPN .org™](https://marlvel.ai/apps/free-vpn-by-free-vpn-org) | 4.5/5 | Mixed | Free VPN LLC | | [Fusvob VPN : Super VPN 2026](https://marlvel.ai/apps/com-toplinkc-foxexcellent) | 4.5/5 | Mixed | Fuxin Technology | ## Company Profile - **Developer:** Surging River Technology Co., Ltd. - **Website:** [https://photo-vault-pro-ios.web.app](https://photo-vault-pro-ios.web.app) ## Data Sources & Links - **App Store ID:** 6456408941 - **Dev Site:** [Official Website](https://photo-vault-pro-ios.web.app) - **Sources:** Developer website content, About us / company information, App store metadata. ## Related Intel Reports - [*Sota Connect: Secure Network*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/fi-catconnect-sota) (Cat Connect) · 4.9/5 Rating - [*V2Box - V2ray Client*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/v2box-v2ray-client) (techlaim) · 4.6/5 Rating - [*avoVPN Desktop*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/avovpn-desktop) (Avocado VPN Technologies) · N/A Rating - [*Free VPN by Free VPN .org™*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/free-vpn-by-free-vpn-org) (Free VPN LLC) · 4.5/5 Rating - [*Fusvob VPN : Super VPN 2026*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/com-toplinkc-foxexcellent) (Fuxin Technology) · 4.5/5 Rating - [*Potatso*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/potatso) (Potatso Lab LTD) · 4.4/5 Rating - [*Quantumult X*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/quantumult-x) (Cross Utility Ltd) · 3.8/5 Rating - [*VPN 365-Master WIFI Security*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/vpn-365-master-wifi-security) (vpn fast) · 4.6/5 Rating - [*카톡 분석 - 오픈채팅, 카톡 채팅 분석, 통계, 검색*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/com-liger-katalkanalysispaid) (Park Sung Cheol) · N/A Rating - [*로또 황금번호 생성기*](https://marlvel.ai/apps/lotto-lottogold) (jaehwan lee) · N/A Rating ## Frequently Asked Questions {#faq} ### Is Photo Vault - Secret Album safe for long-term storage?
