What Is Code App?
Code App is a specialized, professional-grade development environment for iPadOS, leveraging the Monaco Editor to provide a VS Code-like experience. It targets developers and students who require a robust, local-first coding environment without the need for a laptop.
While the app is highly regarded for its feature set—including Git integration and native runtime support—it faces significant challenges regarding technical stability and outdated language versions.
