The customer service (email) is top notch and answered all of my questions.
With Kimico' helpful support team I have a sample of my movie library on my phone.
Pain Points
A bunch of Disney movies and anime and cartoons are not in the database you have to do all of them manually.
Barcode scans on nearly all of them returns no results and neither does searching online.
The fact that it categorizes movies alphabetically to include the word “The” as the letter T is annoying.
The general UI is not great. I primarily use this on my iPad, and everything is so small and not scaled particularly well.
I thought mine was until I tried logging in and lost everything.
If you would like to use this with family share. IT DOE NOT WORK.
