What Is Bennet Test Full?

Bennet Test Full is a specialized psychological aptitude testing application designed to measure mechanical intelligence, spatial reasoning, and technical problem-solving skills. By simulating the renowned Bennett mechanical comprehension test, the app provides users with 70 targeted tasks to be completed within a 30-minute window. Its primary value proposition lies in its highly specific focus on interpreting technical drawings and diagrams, making it a critical tool for users preparing for engineering exams or technical job interviews. The app targets adolescents (12+) and adults who are actively pursuing education or careers in engineering, mechanics, and related technical fields. Positioned as a niche, highly focused exam preparation tool, it currently holds the #31 Paid position in Category 6020 (US), though it has recently experienced a slight downward trend (↓16). Its key differentiator is its rigorous, timed simulation of real-world technical drawing analysis, which users frequently credit for helping them secure employment in highly technical roles.

What Users Love

Effective Exam Preparation

I just landed my dream job as a Control Systems Lead by implementing what I have learned here

Purchased this app 3 weeks ago to prepare for Bennett test... got a 95!!

Challenging and Engaging

Challenging. Enjoyable. Interesting. Informative.

It's a pretty hard test... It test your brain

Pain Points

Lack of Answer Explanations

I paid the 99¢ to compare my responses. I really wish there were explanations to the answers you get wrong.

when you pay the 99 cents it doesn't give an explanation for what you got wrong just the answers.

Poor Diagrams and Grammar

Some of the images are poorly illustrated and there are numerous spelling errors in some questions.

A few of the questions are phrased poorly or have very confusing diagrams.

Limited Question Bank

Only one test given through this app. The questions are in the same order each time

Interesting but too long for 1 test- 70 questions. Maybe 7 small tests are better.

What are the pros and cons?

Pros

  • Proven effectiveness in helping users pass real-world employment and certification exams.
  • Strong overall rating (4.59) backed by a large volume of lifetime ratings (9,000+).
  • Highly focused, challenging content that accurately simulates the actual Bennett mechanical comprehension test.

Cons

  • Complete lack of answer explanations, creating high friction for users trying to learn from their mistakes.
  • Poor quality control, including confusing diagrams and grammatical errors.
  • Extremely limited content (only one static 70-question test), destroying replay value.
  • Inconsistent cross-platform pricing strategy (Free on Android, Paid on iOS).

What is the market outlook?

Growth Opportunities

  • Competitors could easily steal market share by offering a similar test with detailed educational explanations.
  • Opportunity to monetize further by expanding the question bank into multiple smaller, randomized tests.
  • Fixing the diagram quality and grammar would immediately boost the app's perceived professional value.

Market Threats

  • Modern, interactive STEM learning apps (like Brilliant) are raising user expectations for UI/UX and educational feedback.
  • The rise of comprehensive B2B pre-employment screening platforms (like TestGorilla) may reduce the need for standalone consumer prep apps.
  • Direct competitors offering larger, randomized question banks make this app's single-test offering look obsolete.
