What Users Love
It’s highly informative and helps me to understand why a food may or may not be a good option.
There are daily recipes, a scanner tool, lessons, workout videos… it just offers so much more!
Their customer service is top tier. Not only did they graciously extend their app to be for a free time, they responded in just minutes.
I reached out to support and found out they offer free services for those who cannot afford it!
Pain Points
In order to access anything you have to pay for a subscription.
Don’t make me spend 5 minutes answering all of your questions only to be told I have to pay to subscribe.
I can not afford to pay 10 a week!
I could swing that instead of paying $69.99 up front. It’s just not feasible.
