What Users Love
It really is a wonderful tool that we depend on for my church.
By far one of the best things that have happened to my church worship team.
It’s user friendly for the most part. I’m not a tech genius and even I can use it.
I love how simple and clear Prime is to use (waaaay easier than Ableton Live).
Pain Points
Device no longer connects to the app.
Keeps prompting me to update the firmware but when I try it tells me the firmware is up to date.
We need this app to be available for androids. Being Apple only severely limits churches.
There is no being and they do not respond to emails so you’re stuck trying to figure it out on your own.
