What Users Love
SwingVision elevated my tennis game. I started using it to get honest feedback on my serve, and the improvement has been incredible.
It helps with the stats, reviews, lines tracking!
It is great to just watch the active play time in 15-20 min, instead of 1.5-2 hours. the AI cuts off all the dead time.
Makes reviewing video a lot more convenient.
Pain Points
Since they updated to AI scoring, the match recording feature is absolutely horrible... recording freezing
Starting a match doesn’t work 15% of the time. Watch gets out of sync. Uploads are stuck.
Way too expensive!! $50 a year, yes. but $180!! ??
Running ads on personal content for others to see is ridiculous. Especially so many of them per video.
Support is basically non existent aside from awful ai that does everything possible to avoid giving away any real email
I reached out to Support on October 24 and was advised that my order was canceled... still have not heard back.
