New Navigation:
We reworked the navigation for simplicity and consistency. We made the features users need every day more prominent and made finding what matters more intuitive.

Album Posts:
With Albums posts users can upload multiple images at once, creating more engaging image posts.

The smart inbox intelligently highlights what content and actions are most important

Polls:
With polls administrators can get instant, targeted employee feedback.
Users can see polls targeted to them and respond in an instant
Poll results are visible after submission as well as once the poll has expired.

3.7.2 adds support for username login.

1. Richer metrics for post authors (reach, clicks, comments, likes) available in the card drawer.
2. Only the author of a post can see the metrics.
3. Support for “closed”/non-submittable channels (channels open only to people designated as publishers/channel contributors).
4. Ability for program managers, channel contributors, etc. to publish directly to their channels from mobile, without requiring the normal submission approval process.
5. An easier-to-navigate channel list in the submission flow, so users can see which channels auto-publish versus which ones require approval.

1. With article submission, you can now create long-form posts to share more substantial information.
2. Found a mistake in a post you wrote? Now you can edit posts from your app.
3. Search more easily: find the search button right on the Explore tab.
4. Branding updates throughout the app

1. Easily swipe between the ‘My Feed,’ ‘Featured,’ and Trending tabs.
2. Swipe from the left side of the screen to easily open the Community Menu, where you can find your settings or invite a colleague to join.

- Search for content, people, and channels. The Search icon has taken the place of the Featured tab in the main navigation bar.
- Featured has moved to the Home tab as a feed filter. Home now includes 3 tabs for My Feed, Featured, & Trending.
- Deep-linked push notifications to Articles now take you directly to the full Article body so you can start reading a post right away.
- You can now navigate to another user’s private profile, but you will only be able to see their name & avatar.

- Addressed issue with video playback

- You can now submit video content from the mobile app!
- The content submission flow has been redesigned, so it’s simpler and easier than ever to submit image and link posts.
- The Submit page now provides a handy list of content you’ve submitted, based on status (uploading, pending review, published, archived), as well as some “stats” on how much you’ve posted, and how the community has responded!

Enhanced privacy

-Introducing a new Community Menu to improve ease of use.  Tap the icon at the top left and this new menu slides out.
-Invite others to the community via invitations, by way of email or other messaging apps you have installed.  Send an invitation from the Community menu.

- Now you can personalize your content experience by visiting the Explore Tab to browse all channels and choose which channels to follow.
- Content from all your followed channels is aggregated in the main tab which is now called, “My Feed”.
- You can ‘like’ content you see in the program with a simple heart.
- And take and submit photos of your company’s best moments to your Program Manager
