Added Solo mode!
Supports all deck mechanics! Updated UI to allow drag and drop of cards so you can put them on the top or the bottom of the deck which should support all existing mechanics that alter the Turn Order deck!

Added ability to shuffle remaining cards in the Turn Order deck to support abilities like the Gate Witch's Time Acceleration power.
Also, if you tap and hold on a face-up card, you'll get the option to re-shuffle all of the other cards like the Gate Witch's Nether Spiral power.

Added ability to send a card to the bottom of the Turn Order Deck as well as the ability to put a card back on top of the Turn Order Deck, in order to support cards similar to Fiend Catcher.
