TTS stability hotfix:
- Narrows repeated text-to-speech language changes tied to the new voice/TTS ANR path.
- Image generation is currently unavailable in-app.
- The visible Image entry still opens the temporarily unavailable flow and request initiation remains blocked before any generation call.
- GPT chat remains on gpt-5.4.
- Retains the onboarding/video fallback and review-fallback stability fixes from 4.0.15.
- Targets Android 15 / API 35.
