Incident Response, now on mobile: Manage and coordinate incidents with your response team directly from the AlertMedia mobile app. Quickly activate plans, assign tasks, receive task alerts via app push, notify impacted people, and track progress in real time.

In this release:
Automatic Message Translation: A new capability that seamlessly translates emergency messages into each recipient’s preferred language. The solution offers a faster, more inclusive way to communicate clearly and consistently with distributed teams, no matter where employees are or what languages they speak.

Along with general performance improvements and bug fixes, customers with access to the Travel Risk Management* product will now see locations on the map that show each itinerary stop along a trip. You will now be able to see a flight path from each destination, with icons indicating where your travelers are or will be based on their itinerary.
