Reverb "trails mode" fixes: Reverb trails should now fade out naturally when the effect is bypassed, instead of being abruptly muted. This also fixes the issue where you could get "ghost" reverb trails ringing out when turning the effect back on.

Added a brighter US 12" Cab Sim speaker option.
Added a few new US 12" versions of factory presets.

Cab Sim - Activates a guitar speaker cabinet simulation. These are simple "cab filters" based on the frequency responses of a popular US Alnico 10", a UK Ceramic 12" and a US Ferrite 12" guitar speaker. The typical tonal character of each Cab Sim setting is as follows:

US 10" - A good all-rounder with tight lows and a smooth top end.
UK 12" - A much darker speaker with extended low end.
US 12" - A brighter speaker with good lows and extra presence.

Background Audio wasn't enabled for iOS in standalone mode (fixed)
Added my go-to settings as a preset (um... because I can)
