Small UI button and slider cosmetic tweaks for improved contrast.

Added support for MIDI expression (CC#11). From the updated user guide:

Please note that when using MIDI expression, your controller value modulates the synth's amp envelope, which in turn, affects other internal modulation targets. This means it can be quite tonally expressive as you're not just changing the volume of the synth.

Added new Gain parameter for setting the master volume of the synth (-48dB to +12dB).

Added shortcut buttons (space permitting) to the main UI for the Default and Randomize presets.

Added button bar to select different view modes:

Added new factory Presets list view for browsing and setting factory presets.

Added Help view to display user guide from within the plugin. Previously the user guide was only available in the standalone version.

1) Slight output attenuation applied as dynamics (Sens parameter) are reduced. Very subtle, but hopefully means that there's less of a perceived jump up in volume if you change Sens from 100% to 0%.

2) Bug / "feature" fix in the oscillator initial phase setup. Not that you'd notice, as all the oscillators run free (by design) in ANALOGyXS.
