Increased the detection range of the tuner up to 5KHz.

Please note: This product is not a dedicated instrument tuner. It is monophonic and may have trouble detecting instruments with harmonics that are greater than the fundamental frequency. I have extended the range because I think people were thinking it wasn't working, but I placed restrictions on the detection range that might have been too restrictive.
