PDF-Only Uploads for Proof of Income
To streamline the review process and avoid unnecessary back-and-forth, Proof of Income can now only be uploaded as a PDF file downloaded directly from an official source (such as your bank, employer, or government agency). We no longer accept image files, photos, or screenshots.
