Lockscreen widgets!

We've added one lockscreen widget for showing currently active map. More widgets on the way in future!

1. Bug fixes in Maps section. Caching has been disabled to prevent Maps section from breaking after making server side changes.

2. Improved News section to make it look uniform across news with images and without images.
