Bug fixes (mostly).

We cleaned things up a bit and fixed a couple small bugs some of you reported, including incorrect behavior for widgets displaying revenue data.

We did some cleanup and got rid of a few weird bugs some of you reported.

We managed to get rid of a couple of tiny issues, including an incorrect number format in the ad spend report, and incorrect value for refunds in the revenue report.

- Fixed an issue that caused the revenue widget to misbehave when showing all-time revenue
- If you're adventurous this build will work for you
- Fixed a few issues under the hood you _shouldn't_ have noticed

Fixed a few bugs and made a few speed improvements.

We know you like data, and in this update we're giving you more of it! You can now view your ratings, dissect your subscription revenue, and monitor your ad campaigns right from the app.

We also made it possible to reply to reviews, fixed a few bugs, and improved overall performance.

We've updated the app to take advantage of the iPhone X's full display + fixed an issue where choosing 1y range would include an extra month in the graph.

We've updated Appfigures for iPhone to work seamlessly on iOS 11.

We've added Alerts to the app, so you can easily enable notifications for new reviews and new sales reports.

In addition to Alerts, now you can also:

* Use Force Touch to quickly peek at (and pop) reports.
* Turn any review into a Review Card that's easy to share.
* Enable Touch ID for extra security.
* Use a password manager instead of typing your password.
* Login with your Google account.
* Keep track of your iBooks.

And got rid of some issues:

* Users in some time zones never saw any data in 1d mode. That's now fixed, so 1d will behave as you expect, regardless of where you are in the world.
* The broken link to rate the app is no longer broken. Please use it :)
* A few minor issues under the hood are now also squared away.
