Added Santa zombie effects for the Holidays!
Usability improvements

Post-Halloween SALE! Additional zombie effects require up to 80% fewer Infections.

NEW EFFECTS - Add Saw Blades, Water Tanks (with liquid animation), and the new Missing Jaw effect!

MONSTER COMBOS - Get zombified Vampire and Werewolf teeth when you have Vampify and/or Wolfify

Fixed several Game Center leaderboard issues, along with many smaller usability improvements!
