Thanks for being here! We've just launched version 1.42.0, with some major fixes. Users who reported an empty archive should have full access again. Similarly, refreshing a Browse For Me search had been turning up blank pages, but not anymore. Oh, and some websites (including YouTube) were struggling with "Open in App" functionality, but that's fixed too. Enjoy a better Arc Search!

Say goodbye to those pesky cookie banners! Thanks to Shannon, we've added a smarter way to handle cookie consent prompts:
- When cookie blocking is enabled, Arc Search will automatically try to deny those annoying cookie consent prompts for you.
- If we can't reliably deny the cookie prompt, we'll leave it alone so you can manually interact with it – this fixes an issue where our previous cookie blocker sometimes prevented websites from scrolling properly. Now you can keep browsing without any unexpected behavior.

Lots of small bugs fixes and polish, including:
- Improvements to how universal links are handled by the app. You shouldn't be sent to the App Store when you already have an app installed.
- Clearer education about voice search for new users

This weeks release includes a lot of small bug fixes and visual improvements. Using your home screen in tined mode? Try adding the Arc Search widget, which will now integrate beautifully with your tint color.

- Tapping on an App Link will now open the native app by default, if possible. If you prefer to stay in the browser, you can adjust your preference in the settings: Just select "Open App Links in... -> Arc Search". If you've already changed your preference previously, we'll of course leave it unchanged.
- We've fixed some small visual issues that came out of the app's recent update to iOS 18.

We've fixed a bug that would cause Call Arc to sometimes fail to answer your question. Sorry about that – Call Arc is back up and running again now, eager to answer all your questions!

- Arc Search app icons now support the new iOS 18 dark and tinted variations, automatically adapting to your home screen setting. Check out the Settings to see all of our custom icons and find your favorite one!
- Take two! We've had to roll back this change from last week's release due to an unforeseen infrastructure issue, but today's Arc Search release finally contains an important fix for Traditional Chinese queries!
Previously, if you asked Browse For Me a question in Traditional Chinese, it would respond in Simplified Chinese. No more! The response will now match your language preferences and correctly detect it from the query as well.

We fixed a bug that caused Browse for Me to fail for some users. Thank you to everyone who quickly submitted feedback. You should be back in action with this release!
