Updates to app icons & branding.

Fixes an issue where new users couldn't use the app due to a missing value in the code.

Introducing “Follow up”.

Easily ask a follow up to the previous messages to continue the conversation. Once you’re done with that, simply use the default “Send” button to start a new request without continuing the conversation.

Renamed to Arti after Arthur Samuel, the father of AI

~ The Code tab is no more! ~
Code completion is now handled by the main Text entry view, making the ‘Code’ view redundant. You can ask for code completion here and get stronger responses due to an upgraded Chat view.

~ Markdown output ~
The Text view now uses Markdown to render its responses, including beautiful syntax highlighting thanks to the Splash package by John Sundell.

~ Settings relocated ~
Settings is now down in the main Tab view on iOS, freeing up space in the top navigation for a new feature.

~ Ask again ~
You can now quickly re-ask the previous question by tapping the ‘Ask again’ button. The chat will return unique responses each time, so if you’re not quite sure, tap to ask again.

Fixes slow text entry on Text input screen.  Fix for semi-disappearing submit button. Introduces the ability to switch out the length of response based on OpenAIs 'Max Tokens’ property.

Introducing ChatGPT-3.5-Turbo completion. In settings you can now define how you want the AI to behave when it responds, including writing custom behaviours. The chat interface will now show which AI you're interacting with for every response.

Minor bug fix and icon update

Fixes crash on launch error when there are no messages.

Adds in iCloud syncing by default. Also adds a more reliable Widget for your Home Screen.
