Two new effects, a looper, and recording.
- Looper is now in the effects chain. Record a phrase, overdub layers on top, and loop it live. Full integration with the signal chain — everything upstream runs through it.
- Auto Wah is now in the effects chain. Envelope-controlled bandpass filter. The filter opens with pick attack and closes as the note decays. Sensitivity, resonance, decay and range controls.
- Record your processed output directly from the output pedal. Recordings save automatically to M4A and are accessible from the Recordings tab.
- All pedals now render with photorealistic backgrounds. Each pedal has its own visual identity consistent with its character.

Two new effects, chain portability, and a redesigned home screen.
- Phaser and Flanger are now available in the effects chain. Both run full stereo processing consistent with the rest of the engine.
- Chains can now be exported and imported as .a3dchain files. Export any chain from the editor, share the file, or load it on another device. Your rigs are no longer locked to one installation.
- The home screen is now organised into three tabs — All, Starred, and Presets. Star your favourite chains to pin them to the top. The Presets tab gives you instant access to all factory chains, ready to clone and edit.
- Noise Gate is now available as an effect. RMS envelope detection with hold and release controls. Put it first in your chain for best results.
- Delay time changes are now smooth. Adjusting the Time knob while playing no longer causes a pop — the delay time transitions with a natural tape-style pitch slide.

This version is a significant upgrade to the core audio engine and the full effects suite.

The most fundamental change is true stereo processing throughout the entire signal chain. Previous versions ran mono. The chain is now stereo end to end — every pedal, every connection, every effect runs independent left and right channel processing. Mono inputs from single-channel interfaces or mono audio files are upmixed cleanly at the input stage. Force-mono mode is available when you need it.

Four amp simulations are new in this version. Each model has its own distinct voice and character — a warm high-headroom clean, an aggressive crunch with harmonic density that responds to pick attack, a clean amp with a built-in spring reverb tank where the presence knob doubles as reverb depth, and an open bright model with a harder clip response. Each amp has its own Bass, Mid, Treble, Presence, Gain, and Volume controls with per-amp voicing baked in at noon.

Seven cabinet impulse responses are also new. Cabinet simulation runs convolution processing accelerated on-device. All seven IRs are pre-normalized so switching cabinets is level-matched and instant. Available cabinets: US Clean 2×12, Brit Chime 2×12, Brit Stack 4×12, US Brown 1×12, US Tweed 1×12, Modern Stack 4×12, Vintage Vibra 1×12. Each cabinet has a Mix control.

The pitch shifter has been completely reworked. It now runs natively in the stereo chain with significantly reduced latency compared to the previous version.

The EQ is now 6-band, up from 5-band.

All horizontal sliders have been replaced with rotary knob controls across every pedal. Parameter readouts update in real time as you dial.

Effects that benefit from stereo have been updated to take full advantage of the new chain. The chorus produces genuine stereo width with naturally offset modulation between channels. The reverb generates decorrelated left and right tails — the two channels diverge over time, creating the perception of real space rather than a mono effect panned wide. The rotary speaker runs separate horn and drum modulation per channel with strong stereo rotation cues.
