Added support for applying effects to macOS Icons
To help you match system icon designs there are some new settings available. These add rounded corners (proper squircle ones), drop shadow and padding.

This temporarily disables the retain color profile setting while a critical bug is fixed with it.

This update fixes image conversion on Catalina.
