Bug fixes related to Notifications

Added live show notifications and song requests for live shows.  Bug fixes.

Updated to provide notifications for upcoming Aunt Betty shows.  Also added more media for users to explore.

Updated to include version 15 of android

Show lists updated in real time, Directions to venues added which open in Apple Maps.  Shows listing page layout updated.

Added info for band member in About Section.  Fixed issue where shows were not being updated properly.
