Original release notes

• Your deduction now follows your own tax authority. Pick your region in Settings — US (IRS), UK (HMRC), Australia (ATO), Canada (CRA), or your own rate and currency. Detected on first run.
• Your home screen leads with your estimated deduction for this month or the tax year.
• Jump to any month in your drives list from the new month bar, which shows that month's drives, distance and deduction.
• CSV and PDF exports use the same rates.
