New Features
- Completed Score Counter matches are now saved to Score History with final results, set scores, and post-match summaries.
- Added a dedicated Score History with cleaner match cards, winner highlighting, month-and-year grouping, and match play time.
- Added saved match detail views with score progression graphs, set-by-set breakdowns, and estimated break times between sets.
- Added support for resuming in-progress score matches and reviewing finished results before starting a new match.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where score-counter matches could reset immediately after the match ended, causing final results to disappear.
- Fixed the Close behavior in New Score so it returns to Score Counter instead of jumping back to the main screen.
- Improved cancel-match handling so in-progress matches are only discarded after confirmation.
