Fixes for the latest version of iOS related to the date picker and styling.

Dark mode and some bug fixes.

Compatibility fixes for iPhone X, XR and XS Max.
Face ID / Touch ID support for pin screen.
Opt of of All accounts balance per account.
Some small bug fixes.
I've also changed the website url and contact emails to point at my new website.

This is a maintenance release to upgrade Dropbox functionality.

In this version is a feature that makes date filters more useful. Each day filters are reset back to their default based on todays date. This feature can be enabled from settings.

Several small bugs have also been addressed, including a fix for the alignment of the date picker on the correct balance screen

What's new in this version?

+ You can now export your forecast as a csv file, which can then be opened in a spreadsheet.
+ A Dropbox sign out feature, useful if you've signed into the wrong account.
+ The popup screen now includes the export csv feature, mentioned above.
+ On the popup screen titles have slightly different wording.
+ On the forecast screen the current date filter has been added to the top of the screen.
+ The app icon has changed so that the word "Free" is no longer shown.

Here's what's fixed in this release.

+ On the pie chart screen, the pie chart no longer appears halfway off the screen.

However, we’ve made it easier for you to tell us what you think. We’ve added all the ideas mentioned in the past to a new improved feedback feature, accessible from the (I)nformation buttons. You can also vote on ideas and add new ones.

We’ve been planning new budgeting features for the app, following a few comments on the blog. However, we’d like to make sure that this is what you really want and that we’re not missing something which hasn’t been mentioned before.
