Added caption and source labels at the bottom of the chart. Added the ability to select from annual data (previously just monthly). Added the ability to sort the data in ascending order (previously just descending). Added the ability to copy data with a header row, which will now be ignored. Added the ability to pause the animation, as well as scrub along the timeline to any point.
