Updated bug with Ipad Version

Updated functionality. Made this App now awesome!!!

Added a settings module.
Now users can change the rules to there linking and a theme as well as disabling the countdown timer. The App is alot more user friendly and customizable.

Rules Available
-Classic Beer Kings
-Circle of Death
-Kings
-Your Rules (these are customisable rules you get to change)

Themes
-Changes the background and the card theme

Countdown Timer Setting
-Now for extra fast drinking. The timer can be turned off

User Interface changed and rules have been changed.
