Users can now create and switch between multiple email signatures when composing an email. Tailor your messages for different contexts—whether it’s professional, internal only, or specific to a project or role.

• When composing an email, users can mention a contact (i.e. by typing the @ symbol followed by a contact's name) in the email body to call their attention to a specific part of the message. The contact will also be automatically added to the To field.
• In received emails, users can view and interact with mentions, including the ability to see the mentioned user's contact details.
• Users can download and view .pkpass email attachments, and allows them to add to Wallet app.
• Users has ability to view conflicts when new meeting invites are received.
• The Quick Access subfolders now display a badge count of all unread emails.

Email improvements:
BlackBerry UEM Administrators can specify more granular attachment sizes that users can send and receive.
Users can enable or disable the display of time section header on email list view. When this feature is enabled, email section headers (for example, “Today” and “Yesterday”) are not displayed.
