Bug fixes and update for iPhone X screens

Updated the home, scene selection and level selection screens for easier access.
Added "Mute override" so that users would be able to play sound more readily.
Optimized images and animations to reduce the app size and for better performance.

With this update we've fixed a bug that prevented sounds and speech from playing in some circumstances.  You can now also adjust the volume of the speech in the game more easily.

* This is now a universal app!  It will now run on the iPhone and iPod Touch as well as on the iPad, all with beautiful HD graphics
* We've improved progress tracking, so it's easier to see how many scenes your child has completed in each level
* We added an option to stay in the same level rather than moving to the next level after you complete all the scenes.
