Bug fixes and update for iPhone X screens

Updated the home, scene selection and level selection screens for easier access to all 4 levels from the game screen - just press the pause button in the top right corner to change your level.
Optimized images and animations for all device screen sizes and for better performance.

With this update we've fixed a bug that prevented sounds and speech from playing in some circumstances.  You can now also adjust the volume of the speech in the game more easily.
