Improved notifications for long-running subscriptions: Like a squirrel that never loses track of its acorns, Bobby now delivers more consistent notifications for long running subscriptions.

While Bobby was out gathering acorns, we squashed a few bugs that were scurrying around:
- Fixed a bug that caused the app to crash when creating your first subscription
- Fixed a bug that caused the total cost to be calculated incorrectly
- Added in-app support to be able to deliver better support
- Fixed a bug related to in-app purchases
