Bug Fixes for iOS 17

- Fixed another bug that caused the tab bar to appear transparent

- Overhauled the way relative dates are displayed by using Apple's own calculations, which makes it more consistent.

- Tapping an author's name now brings up an overview page with all the author's books
- Relative dates now are displayed in a shorter, more consistent format

This last update for now includes the following:

- Added a search bar in Books tab to allow filtering authors, which should increase usability once your database grows
- Made small layout adjustments to separate book title and author a little better
