Requesting permissions for notifications

We fixed push notifications not arriving when the app was in background.

We did some improvements to My Teams feature, allowing users to register into upcoming events.
Also we fixed notifications not coming up when the app was closed.

We added the 'My Teams' feature! now you can follow and get updates of your favorite teams!
