* Updated the information for different age groups following consultation with Public Health England who wrote the latest version of the excellent Delivering Better Oral Health toolkit.

* Reminders now use Local Notifications instead of Push Notifications. This means you will get reminders even without an internet connection.

* Made some minor user interface improvements.
