This version contains performance and stability improvements

Following improvements and bug fixes were introduced with this release:
	- Call transfer drop once transferred party try to answer
	- Failed to make consulted transfer
	- The users are not displayed even after scrolling in Directory
	- Visual Voice Mail is not playing on iOS
	- Call Answered on another device” Call Update notification is not displayed for Hunt Group users
	- Dial pad disappears in Connect client
	- No audio during conference

This version contains performance improvements and bug fixes listed below:
- Attended transfer not possible with Connect 3.9.18 on iPhone.
- Connect has very poor performance on iOS devices when bandwidth is low.
- “One Time” Call From options not appearing when holding Call button.
- UC-One log-out transient shown “Login Info”.
- Name with space in it will not show correct on landing page in the Connect iOS app 3.9.16.
- Sometimes Push Registration not deleted when log out.
- iOS 14 Connect 3.9.16 crashed.
- Connect crashes on iOS devices if they are on a call and go into landscape mode.
- The speaker mode deactivates automatically on iPhone.
- No dial-pad icon.
- The name display is incorrect in the mobile calling application.
- Incorrect menu option in Mid Call screen Connect iOS.
- Contact details of iPhone native contact not showing up when opened in app.
