In the new update:
Bringing back the starting money up to 10KK for custom maps!
The lap reward limit has also been increased to 10KK.

To apply the changes you need to manually change the map settings in ""quick settings"" and save the map.

Maps from SteamWorkshop need to be republished after saving to update your settings.
