- Soccer Stadium cannot be bought

General fix
- Support for use of building discounts or upgraded goods in building regardless of whether player has the listed goods
(eg. should be able to use the Wooden Crane to replace Iron with Wood even if you have enough Iron for the building goods cost; should be able to use Brick for Clay even if you have enough Clay.)

At long last, the wait is over!  The original expansion (Le Grande Hameau - The Big Hamlet) is now available as an In-App Purchase!

Le Grande Hameau adds a new deck of 30 more Special buildings which can be used alone or mixed with the base set.

This update also contains a number of tweaks to the AI for computer opponents, and a few bug fixes.

AI "verbose" mode:
The "Turn Msgs" option now also toggles a popup with info on AI turns.
AI speed controls how long this popup remains before auto-hiding.
(Max AI speed = no popup, min AI speed = popup stays until screen tapped)

Various bug fixes and a few improvements.
