FIXED: Twice-daily and three-times-daily medications now correctly schedule every dose. Previously, evening doses were sometimes missed.

FIXED: Adherence percentages now accurately reflect your medication history. The dashboard no longer shows misleading 100% when a medication has been stopped or paused.

FIXED: Editing one medication no longer cancels reminders for other medications. Appointment reminders and low-supply alerts are preserved.

FIXED: Restoring from backup now reactivates all dose reminders automatically.
