Our provider network is expanding! We're excited to welcome our first TRE® providers from Japan, Singapore, and Ukraine, along with five more from Europe, bringing our global community to 95 providers across 16 countries. Combined with our five-language support (English, German, Italian, French, and Ukrainian), we're connecting more people than ever to certified TRE® practitioners worldwide.

We're thrilled to announce a major milestone in our mission to make TRE® (Trauma Release Exercises) accessible to everyone, everywhere. This release brings ShakeItOff to three vibrant new communities with the addition of Italian, French, and Ukrainian language support in addition to English and German.

We welcome five more providers to this new multilingual version of the app: you will now find 86 TRE® providers from 13 countries worldwide.

We welcome two more providers to this new multilingual version of the app: in total, you will now find 72 TRE® providers from 13 countries worldwide. We improved the application's backend so that we will be able to support additional languages in the future.

In this new multilingual version of the app we welcome one more provider from UK. In total you will find now 70 TRE® providers from 13 countries worldwide. We also added a new questionnaire so you can find out how save you feel in your world.

We also added to the "Knowledge" tab additional information on how long and how often to do the TRE® exercises.

In this new multilingual version of the app we welcome 24 providers from 11 additional countries. In total you will find the addresses of 67 TRE® providers from 13 countries worldwide. We also improved the user interface to make it easier to learn TRE®.

We have translated the application into English (Shake it off) in addition to German (NeuroZittern).
To use the app in English, you can select the language in the bottom menu bar under "Knowledge" in the upper right corner under “Settings".
