CAST THAT STARTS IN THE SCRIPT
Tag a character in your script and they join the cast list right there, numbered, and on the stripboard, the day out of days and your call sheets before anyone is cast in the part. Attach the performer whenever casting closes: same row, same number, nothing to re-link.

    • Contacts is now its own tab, not somewhere you pass through on the way to a call sheet
    • Drag the cast list to set billing order, keeping the gaps your paperwork already has

CALL SHEET DELIVERY YOU CAN ACT ON
Every call sheet screen now opens with who received the sheet, who confirmed and who could not be reached, split by cast, crew and client. Needs follow-up turns that into a list: whoever is unresolved, ordered by what blocks hardest, cast first. Tap a name for their phone, their email and a resend.

FIVE REPORTS FOR THE SHOOT ITSELF
Everything CineFlo made was a plan for the day ahead. Now it covers the day itself.

    • Daily production report, the day as scheduled against what was actually shot, keeping load-in, rig, company moves and camera wrap in the running order
    • Camera report, one page per roll for post: the lens, stop, frame rate, shutter, EI, white balance and filtration each setup was shot at, with frame-accurate timecode where a generator was on set
    • Script supervisor continuity log for editorial
    • Crew and cast contact sheet, ordered the way your call sheet orders it
    • Wrap report, days, pages, setups, company moves and what was carried to pickups, costed against your budget

    ALSO NEW

    • Your five most recent projects always stay ready to open offline
    • Shot cards show focal length and equipment alongside size, angle and movement
    • Export a project as an Excel workbook from the app
    • Tagging in the web script reader now matches the app

    FIXED

    • A call sheet is filed under the date printed on it
    • The stripboard lists the cast in a scene instead of counting them
    • A script imported as a PDF can be read and tagged in the Script tab
    • Reference photos work in projects shared with you
    • Cast is listed in cast-number order, crew in production hierarchy order
    • Weather is back on the location scout report

This release also completes a security audit of the app, the web app and our server in preparation for Trusted Partner Network Certification for major studio use.
