A big clean-up of the sound.

• Much cleaner audio — the app now takes the microphone signal raw, so there is far less background hiss
• Removed the faint engine-like roughness on speech, and the harshness and slight echo at higher volume
• Amplification no longer stops on its own after a brief earbud dropout
• Swiping the app away from Recents now fully stops it
• Never switches to the phone speaker if your earbuds disconnect
